Home Inspection of Massachusetts is owned and operated by MA licensed
and ASHI certified home inspector Paul Rogoshewski. Paul has been
a home inspector for 10 years and has over 20 years combined experience
in home inspections, residential construction, and energy conservation.
Mr. Rogoshewski is a graduate of the highly regarded Northeastern
University Certificate Program in Real Estate Inspection. Paul has
also received many hours of additional training from the American
Society of Home Inspectors, the Society of Professional Real Estate
Inspectors, New England Training Institute, the New England Pest
Management Association, and Building Inspectors University.
Mr. Rogoshewski is also a State Certified energy specialist who
has conducted residential inspections for the gas and electric utility
industries. Combined with his real estate inspection practice, Paul
has performed inspections in well over 5,000 homes. He is
also a registered wood destroying insects inspector with the New
England Pest Management Association. Paul
also holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and a MS in Environmental
Science from Rutgers University. He is a certified inspector and
full member of the American Society of Home Inspectors, sits on
the Board of Directors for ASHI New England, is a member of the
Educational Committee, and also Chairman of the Website committee.
Paul is also a member of the Society of Professional Real Estate
Inspectors (SPREI) , and a past contributing author to the Society's
technical bulletin.
